Ta sama nazwa, „wdrożenie sklepu", oznacza raz przemalowany szablon z pięcioma produktami, a raz kilkumiesięczny projekt z integracją magazynu.

Standard: motyw dopasowany, płatności, dostawy, do kilkudziesięciu produktów4 500-8 000 zł

  • katalog, kategorie, filtry, karty produktów, koszyk i proces zamówienia,
  • komplet metod płatności i dostawy,
  • regulamin, polityka prywatności i informacja o zwrotach,
  • wersja mobilna, bo większość ruchu w sklepie idzie z telefonu,

Opisy i zdjęcia

Zdjęcia to osobna pozycja i osobny problem: w sklepach regularnie widzimy fotografie 3000 pikseli wyświetlane w kadrze 300 pikseli, co samo w sobie potrafi zabić szybkość strony.

Integracje

  • Hosting. Sklep potrzebuje mocniejszego serwera niż wizytówka.
  • Prowizje operatorów płatności. Liczone od każdej transakcji. Przy niskiej marży to pozycja, którą trzeba wpisać do kalkulacji przed startem.
  • Utrzymanie. Aktualizacje, kopie zapasowe, monitoring dostępności. Rynek to 190-400 zł netto miesięcznie, z górną półką sięgającą blisko tysiąca.
  • Praca godzinowa poza abonamentem.

  2. Kto przygotowuje plik importowy i kto pisze opisy?
  3. Czy dostanę środowisko testowe, żeby sprawdzać zmiany przed publikacją?

🛒 Market prices

How much does an online shop cost in Poland in 2026, and what you get for each amount

2,500-25,000 PLNmarket range
5questions before signing
190-400 PLNmonthly maintenance

An online shop is the one service where prices in Poland vary tenfold. The same name, "shop implementation", can mean a repainted template with five products, or a project lasting several months with a warehouse integration. We collected the public price lists of Polish companies as of September 2026 and broke them down item by item.

The short answer

Scope of the buildNet price
Ready-made theme, basic setup, a few productsfrom approx. 2,500 PLN
Standard: adjusted theme, payments, shipping, up to a few dozen products4,500-8,000 PLN
Custom graphic design, SEO descriptions, multiple couriers8,000-15,000 PLN
Full agency build with integrations15,000-25,000 PLN
Shop maintenance, monthly100-979 PLN, usually 190-400 PLN

A freelancer charges 2,000-3,000 PLN net for a basic build on a ready-made theme. An agency charges more for the same scope, because the rate also covers a salesperson, a project manager and an office. That is not a criticism, it is a different cost structure, and it is worth knowing what you are paying for.

What is in every quote, even if nobody lists it

Whatever the price, every shop needs the same things. If a contractor lists them as highlights of a package, they are not highlights, they are the minimum:

  • catalogue, categories, filters, product pages, cart and checkout,
  • a full set of payment and delivery methods,
  • terms of sale, privacy policy and returns information,
  • a mobile version, because most shop traffic comes from phones,
  • a tested order, from the first click to the email confirmation.

The price difference isn't here. It lies in how much work goes into the design, into search engine preparation and into your data.

Three items that decide the price

Products

Packages usually include 5 to 50 items. Above that comes an import from a file, and that requires a tidy file: names, prices, codes, variants, categories, photos. If your catalogue is an Excel sheet kept by three people for five years, preparing the file can be more work than the build itself, and it is priced that way.

Descriptions and photos

The market rate for copy is 169-289 PLN net per article, and SEO product descriptions are priced separately. Photos are a separate item and a separate problem: we regularly see shops with 3000-pixel photos displayed in a 300-pixel frame, which on its own can kill page speed.

Integrations

A wholesaler, a warehouse system, accounting software, B2B sales with price lists for customer groups, unusual payment methods. Each of these is priced individually by every contractor and no package includes it. If you know you will need it, say so before the quote, not after.

Costs after launch that price lists don't mention

  • Hosting. A shop needs a stronger server than a business card site.
  • Payment provider fees. Charged on every transaction. With a low margin, this is an item you have to include in your calculations before launch.
  • Maintenance. Updates, backups, uptime monitoring. The market rate is 190-400 PLN net a month, with the top end reaching close to a thousand.
  • Hourly work outside the subscription. 70-140 PLN net for content edits and support, 80-250 PLN an hour with a freelancer, 150-400 PLN with an agency.

Why maintenance isn't optional: an unmaintained shop doesn't break straight away, it breaks slowly. Outdated software is the most common target of automated attacks, a PHP update on the server can bring down older plugins, and the shop slows down as products and photos pile up. You usually find out about all three at the worst possible moment, when a customer can't pay.

A note from our own experience running servers: a backup that nobody has ever restored is an assumption, not protection. Don't ask whether backups are made, ask where they are stored and whether anyone has checked that they actually restore.

Your own shop or a subscription platform

Subscription platforms start at a few dozen złoty a month and look cheaper, because they are cheaper at the start. The differences that matter after a year:

  • A subscription updates itself, but you pay every month forever, and what you can change is limited to what the platform allows.
  • Your own shop belongs to you, you can do anything with it, and nothing updates itself. Responsibility for security lies with you or with your contractor.

A simple rule: if you sell a dozen or so standard products and have no unusual processes, a subscription will be enough and cheaper. If you have variants, B2B sales, a warehouse integration or a catalogue counted in thousands, your own shop is cheaper as soon as the first year.

What to ask before signing

  1. How many products are included in the price, and what happens above that number?
  2. Who prepares the import file and who writes the descriptions?
  3. Will I get a test environment to check changes before they go live?
  4. What exactly does post-launch support cover, and how much does it cost?
  5. After acceptance, do I get the code, the database and all access?

The fifth question is the most important and the least often asked. "We'll give you an admin panel" is not an answer to it.

Where these numbers come from

The prices come from publicly available price lists of Polish agencies and freelancers as of 21 September 2026. Nine companies, from one-person studios to agencies with a team. Gross amounts were converted to net. We don't name them, because this is not a ranking or a comparison of specific contractors, just a picture of the price ranges on the market. Price lists change, so before deciding, ask the contractors you are talking to for a current quote.
