Regulamin
Obowiązuje od 8 października 2026 · regulamin świadczenia usług drogą elektroniczną w rozumieniu art. 8 ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną (Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 1513)
Reklamacje: kontakt@aimatic.works, odpowiadamy w 14 dni.
§ 1. Kto świadczy usługi
Usługi na stronie aimatic.works świadczy Hubert Adamiak, zamieszkały w Sieradzu, adres: ul. Podgórze 126, 98-200 Sieradz, prowadzący działalność pod marką Aimatic (dalej „my” albo „Usługodawca”), adres elektroniczny: kontakt@aimatic.works.
§ 2. Jakie usługi świadczymy
- Przeglądanie strony - dostęp do treści aimatic.works, bloga i przykładów wdrożeń.
- Skan bezpieczeństwa (/cyberbezpieczenstwo) - automatyczne, pasywne sprawdzenie publicznie dostępnych ustawień domeny i strony (m.in. poczta SPF/DMARC, nagłówki, certyfikat).
- Brief projektu i formularze kontaktowe - przekazanie nam informacji o Twojej potrzebie, żebyśmy mogli odpowiedzieć i przygotować wycenę.
§ 3. Wymagania techniczne
- Urządzenie z dostępem do internetu i aktualną przeglądarką (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) z włączonym JavaScriptem.
- Do czatu, audytu i skanu: włączona pamięć przeglądarki dla strony (sessionStorage). Pliki cookie i pamięć przeglądarki opisuje polityka prywatności.
- Do newslettera i darmowych materiałów: aktywny adres e-mail.
§ 4. Zawarcie i zakończenie umowy
Z każdej usługi możesz zrezygnować w każdej chwili, bez kosztów i bez podawania przyczyny (art.
§ 5. Zasady korzystania
Korzystając ze strony, nie wolno:
- przesyłać treści bezprawnych, obraźliwych, naruszających cudze prawa albo zawierających złośliwe oprogramowanie;
- podawać cudzych danych osobowych bez podstawy prawnej ani danych wrażliwych (zdrowie, PESEL, dane kart płatniczych);
- próbować obejść zabezpieczenia i limity, przeciążać strony albo automatycznie masowo odpytywać czat i narzędzia;
- próbować nakłonić czat do działania sprzecznego z jego przeznaczeniem albo do ujawnienia instrukcji;
§ 7. Audyt SEO i skan bezpieczeństwa
- Podsumowanie wyniku audytu SEO może przygotowywać model AI - dotyczą go zastrzeżenia z § 6.
§ 8. Szczególne zagrożenia i dane zapisywane w Twoim urządzeniu
Zgodnie z art. 6 ustawy informujemy o szczególnych zagrożeniach związanych z korzystaniem z usług przez internet:
- Podszywanie się (phishing). Ktoś może wysłać wiadomość wyglądającą na naszą. Piszemy wyłącznie z adresów w domenie @aimatic.works i nigdy nie prosimy o hasła, kody SMS ani dane kart płatniczych. W razie wątpliwości napisz na kontakt@aimatic.works.
- Złośliwe oprogramowanie i spam. Nie otwieraj załączników i linków z niespodziewanych wiadomości. Korzystaj z aktualnej przeglądarki i systemu.
- Przechwycenie danych.
W Twojej przeglądarce zapisujemy wyłącznie dane opisane w polityce prywatności (tabela plików cookie i pamięci przeglądarki): zapamiętanie decyzji o cookies, stan bieżącej rozmowy w czacie, a po Twojej zgodzie - pliki Google Analytics i identyfikator czatu do zapamiętania Cię. Nie instalujemy żadnego oprogramowania w Twoim urządzeniu.
§ 9. Dostępność i odpowiedzialność
Usługi są bezpłatne i dostarczamy je w takim stanie, w jakim są dostępne. Mogą występować przerwy techniczne, prace serwisowe i czasowe wyłączenia narzędzi.
§ 11. Konsumenci
Jeśli jesteś konsumentem, możesz w każdej chwili zrezygnować z każdej usługi bez podania przyczyny i bez kosztów - np. zamykając czat albo wypisując się z newslettera. Możesz też skorzystać z pozasądowych sposobów rozpatrywania sporów, m.in. z pomocy miejskiego lub powiatowego rzecznika konsumentów albo Wojewódzkiego Inspektoratu Inspekcji Handlowej.
§ 12. Dane osobowe
Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych, plików cookie i pamięci przeglądarki opisuje polityka prywatności.
§ 13. Zmiany regulaminu i postanowienia końcowe
Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Udostępniamy go bezpłatnie przed skorzystaniem z usług, na tej stronie - możesz go zapisać albo wydrukować (w przeglądarce „Drukuj” → „Zapisz jako PDF”). Na prośbę wyślemy go mailem jako plik PDF.

When using the website, you must not:
- send unlawful or offensive content, content infringing the rights of others or containing malware;
- provide other people's personal data without a legal basis, or sensitive data (health, PESEL national ID number, payment card details);
- attempt to circumvent safeguards and limits, overload the website or automatically query the chat and tools in bulk;
- attempt to make the chat act contrary to its purpose or disclose its instructions;
- run the SEO audit or security scan for domains you have no right to or no permission from their owner.
§ 6. Chat on the website
- By default you are talking to an artificial intelligence system (Anthropic's Claude model), not a human. After clicking "Talk to a human", when a consultant is available, a human answers - their messages are marked "Aimatic consultant". When no consultant is available or they do not reply within 10 minutes, we ask for an email or phone number and reply on the same business day, and the AI continues to answer in the chat.
- The chat answers based on information from our website, but it can be wrong or give incomplete or outdated information. In case of doubt, the content of the website and what we agree with you directly prevail.
- The chat's answers are for information only. They are not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, a binding quote, legal advice or a technical guarantee. Prices given in the chat are indicative, net and starting prices. We send a binding offer only by email after a conversation about your needs.
- We store conversations so that we can reply and improve our service - details, the retention period and how to delete them are described in the privacy policy.
- The chat has limits on the number of messages. When they are exceeded or in the event of a failure, it answers with short answers from a predefined list or refers you to email contact.
§ 7. SEO audit and security scan
- The results are generated automatically and are indicative. We do not guarantee that they will detect all problems or that every finding is an error.
- The security scan is passive: it checks only publicly available information and does not attempt to break into the website. It is not a penetration test or a security audit within the meaning of the law.
- The summary of the SEO audit result may be prepared by an AI model - the reservations in § 6 apply to it.
§ 8. Specific risks and data stored on your device
In accordance with Art. 6 of the Act, we inform you about specific risks associated with using services over the internet:
- Impersonation (phishing). Someone may send a message that looks like ours. We write only from addresses in the @aimatic.works domain and never ask for passwords, SMS codes or payment card details. If in doubt, write to kontakt@aimatic.works.
- Malware and spam. Do not open attachments and links from unexpected messages. Use an up-to-date browser and operating system.
- Data interception. The risk is reduced by encryption (HTTPS), but do not use the chat and forms on untrusted public Wi-Fi networks when sending confidential information about your company.
- Artificial intelligence errors. The chat and audit summaries may contain untrue or outdated information (§ 6-7). Do not make decisions based solely on them.
- Sensitive data in the chat. The content of the conversation goes to the AI model provider and is stored by us - do not enter passwords, health data, PESEL numbers or card details in the chat.
In your browser we store only the data described in the privacy policy (table of cookies and browser storage): your cookie decision, the state of the current chat conversation and, after your consent, Google Analytics files and the chat identifier used to remember you. We do not install any software on your device.
§ 9. Availability and liability
The services are free of charge and we provide them as they are available. There may be technical interruptions, maintenance work and temporary deactivation of tools. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the chat's answers or the result of an automatic audit or scan. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under the law, in particular towards consumers.
§ 10. Complaints
Send a complaint concerning the services covered by these terms to kontakt@aimatic.works. Write what it concerns, what did not work and when, and how we should reply. We will reply within 14 days of receiving it. If something needs to be supplemented, we will ask for it, and the deadline runs from when it is supplemented.
§ 11. Consumers
If you are a consumer, you can stop using any service at any time without giving a reason and free of charge - e.g. by closing the chat or unsubscribing from the newsletter. You can also use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including help from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection. The provisions of these terms do not limit the rights you have under mandatory provisions of law.
§ 12. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data, cookies and browser storage are described in the privacy policy.
§ 13. Amendments to the terms and final provisions
We may amend these terms for important reasons (changes in the law, new or withdrawn services, security). We publish the new version on this page with its effective date; people signed up to the newsletter will receive information at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Services completed before the change are settled under the previous version.
These terms are governed by Polish law. We make them available free of charge before you use the services, on this page - you can save or print them (in the browser "Print" → "Save as PDF"). On request we will send them by email as a PDF file.
